Who we are.

This Privacy Policy explains how Miami Web Lab LLC d/b/a "ecom9" ("ecom9," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, app, and services that create landing pages and paywalls for Stripe checkouts (the "Service").

1) Information we collect

  • Account & Profile: name, email, password, company name, role.
  • Billing & Payments: we do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe). Those processors may collect and store payment data under their own policies.
  • Connected Integrations: when you connect Stripe, we receive tokens/IDs needed to create and manage checkout links and transactions.
  • Usage Data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser info, approximate location (from IP), referral sources.
  • Customer Content: product/offer details you input, copy/images for landing pages, redirect URLs, webhooks settings.
  • Support: messages, attachments, diagnostics, and metadata you provide to support channels.
  • Cookies & Similar Tech: for sign-in, session security, preferences, analytics, and rate limiting.

2) How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
  • Create and host landing pages and checkout flows.
  • Connect and operate your Stripe integrations.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Communicate about updates, transactional notices, and (with your consent or as allowed) marketing.

  • Contract (to deliver the Service).
  • Legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvements).

4) Sharing of information

We share information with:

  • Payment processors: Stripe, for payments and payouts.
  • Infrastructure/Service providers: hosting, analytics, email, logging, error tracking, customer support. They process data under agreements that restrict use to our purposes.

  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.

Landing pages you create may include third-party scripts, checkout pages, and links. Those parties' practices are governed by their policies.

12) HIPAA and sensitive data

The Service is not designed for Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated sensitive data. Do not submit PHI or other regulated health data to the Service.

13) Changes

If we change this Policy, we'll update the "Effective date" and, where required, notify you.
